Virgin media 3 0 hub. It s a fantastic bit of kit perfect for connecting all your gadgets and delivering the provider s famously speedy fibre optic broadband. It s a pretty powerful router but i don t seem to get good wifi connection on my smart tv which was previously wired to the vm hub. Severely lacking in features the oddly shaped hub 3 is included with all virgin media broadband packages including the company s insanely fast 362mbits sec fibre to the premises services. Can anyone help please.

Hello just recently got the new hub 3 0 upgraded from the old super hub. I ve tried 30 30 30 hard reset. I don t work for virgin media. Tried a spare hub 3 0 managed to get into hub setting and broadband status was access denied.

I think i ve tried everything. Hub is showing solid white power light. I can t access the hub settings. Got it all connected up but doesn t seem to connect to the internet.
